“品”茶——浅谈茶叶中的有机化学成分

Abstract

Abstract:

Sipping tea is not only an important part of people's daily life, but also one of the contents of elegant life. From the perspective of chemistry, this article popularizes the basic properties and bioactivities of the organic compounds contained in tea from color, fragrance and taste. It is expected to provide general knowledge of organic chemistry and health care functions of tea for readers, and encourage chemists to develop more products to make tea better serve life.
