Practical Exploration of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Experiment Teaching Reform Empowered by Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: In the context of digital transformation in higher education, this study, based on the New Engineering Education Paradigm, addresses the challenges in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) experiment teaching. A novel pedagogical model has been developed, characterized by the integration of virtual and physical elements, AI-driven innovation, and value-oriented guidance. By incorporating immersive virtual dissection technology and intelligent optimization algorithms with cutting-edge research projects, the proposed approach aims to concretize theoretical knowledge, systematize experimental procedures, and advance scientific thinking. This model offers an innovative educational framework for cultivating top-tier chemistry talent.
