摘要： 大学化学联合教学团队结合海洋强国战略，积极推动化学基础课程建设。通过系列教材编写、信息化教学平台构建、本科生创新能力培养及基于任职需求的实践，深化化学课程教学改革。编写特色教材，运用信息化手段丰富教学资源，强化学生实验与实践能力，为培育高素质化学人才奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: The collaborative teaching team for university chemistry, in alignment with the strategy for maritime power development, has actively advanced the construction of foundational chemistry courses. The team has contributed to the compilation of a series of textbooks, the establishment of an informatized teaching platform, the cultivation of undergraduate students' innovative abilities, and the practice based on job requirements. These efforts have deepened the reform of chemistry curriculum instruction. By compiling textbooks with distinct naval characteristics and enriching teaching resources through informatization, the team has enhanced students' experimental and practical skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for the development of high-quality chemistry professionals.
