Abstract: Modern Instrumental Analysis is a core course in chemistry-related majors. Grounded in the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework, this study explores the objectives of the course and develops teaching content that integrates ideological and political education. Additionally, a resource library for ideological and political education in Modern Instrumental Analysis is established. The teaching practice combines both teacher-led and student-centered approaches, integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum. This approach fosters the synergy between professional knowledge and ideological education, promoting the holistic development of students.
