Abstract: This article personifies Fentanyl as the protagonist in a fantastical narrative set in the “Kingdom of Pain Relief”. Endowed with the innate ability to alleviate cancer and postoperative pain, Fentanyl dedicates itself to mastering its powers to relieve human suffering. However, its potent effects attract misuse by malicious actors, leading to severe adverse consequences. Rescued by a wise elder, Fentanyl is reborn and contributes to developing the “Bliss Herb” formulations—both oral and transdermal. Since then, it has cautiously wielded its powers to safeguard humanity, evolving into a true guardian in the realm of pain management.
