Abstract: To address the challenges of insufficient interdisciplinary integration and low student engagement in medical basic chemistry courses, we implemented four representative medical case studies: osmotic pressure in dialysis technology, the buffering mechanism of acid-base balance in human physiology, chelation therapy for lead poisoning, and redox reactions in blood glucose monitoring. These cases systematically integrate core chemical principles while maintaining pedagogical coherence. Additionally, our teaching methodology incorporates ideological and political elements to foster students' scientific rigor and professional ethics through progressive cultivation.
