Abstract: Physical chemistry constitutes a fundamental core course for environmental engineering majors, with the Phase Rule serving as a crucial foundation in the phase equilibrium module. This instructional case study incorporates innovative pedagogical models and methodologies, utilizing digital platforms such as SuperStar Learn and Rain Classroom. The approach maintains strong disciplinary alignment with environmental science while integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance student engagement. Practical case analyses are introduced to facilitate comprehension of key concepts and challenging topics. These implemented measures have effectively addressed limitations inherent in conventional teaching methods, resulting in demonstrable improvement in overall instructional outcomes.
