Synthesis and Characterization of Antibody and Multienzyme Loaded Gold Nanoparticles and Their Chemiluminescence Properties on Paper: An Instrumental Analysis Comprehensive Experiment

Abstract:

The antibody and multienzyme loaded gold nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized. Also, their chemiluminescence properties on paper-based chip were studied. The experimental contents covered the field of materials chemistry, instrumental analysis, inorganic synthesis and colloidal chemistry. What's more, the experiment can be developed for further immunoassay of biomarker detection. The content of this experiment can be used as an instrumental analysis comprehensive experiment for the junior college students.
