Abstract: This study presents an advanced experimental module integrating multiple analytical instruments to characterize the structural features of unknown white powders. To clearly elucidate the feasibility and practicality of the experiment, 20 commonly available amino acids were selected as examples. Designed as an advanced experimental course or assessment tool following basic analytical experiment courses, this experiment aims to deepen students’ interest in instrumental analysis, enhance their problem-solving skills, and strengthen their scientific literacy.
