Colorful Nature, Colorful Chemistry

Abstract

Abstract:

In this paper, two experiments on the extraction and separation of pigment in spinach and the extraction of anthocyanins in purple cabbage were introduced to reveal the chemical mystery behind the color of nature. The display effect and the characteristics of the two experiments as the popular science experiment project in chemical science popularization activities were also introduced.
