Abstract:

There are many parameters for converting methanol to gasoline, and the time required for catalyst loading in the fixed bed reactor or the cooling process after the reaction is long. It is impossible for a group of students to obtain the experimental parameters in a limited lab class time. So, the experimental method of "large group discussion first, then small group experiment" was put forward. Through this practice, students can not only master the basic experimental skills, but also obtain the complete experimental data for the conversion of methanol to gasoline. This practice has stimulated the students' interests in the experiment, improved the teaching efficiency, and finally achieved good results.
