Chinese Tea from the Ancient Book

Abstract:

Through a meeting between Hua Jiaming, a college student, and Lu Yu, the tea sage of the Tang Dynasty, this paper not only reviewed the classics of tea science, but also introduced its inheritance and development in today's relevant natural science fields. It especially popularized the knowledge and scientific research means of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, food and other related disciplines contained therein.
