Abstract: With the intensification of global climate change and the growing importance of sustainable development, carbon neutrality has become a significant topic of concern. This article focuses on the element of carbon, introducing its transformation and recycling processes in various forms. It discusses how carbon dioxide is fixed in nature and highlights new methods for achieving carbon neutrality, including starch synthesis and biomass conversion, aimed at building a greener, more sustainable society.

Key words: Carbon neutrality, Carbon cycling, Starch synthesis, Biomass
