Abstract: Chemistry is fundamentally a science that studies and utilizes extranuclear electrons. Consequently, the core concepts of electrochemistry—including redox reactions, energy conversion, and electron transfer—permeate chemistry education. These concepts not only form essential components of fundamental theory but also serve as a crucial link between science, technology, and society. This article employs anthropomorphism to present electrochemical principles through the perspective of “Little Electron”, introducing fundamental concepts such as galvanic cells and electrode potential. Furthermore, it illustrates practical applications of electrochemical principles in glucometer and metal corrosion protection, aiming to enhance readers' understanding and mastery of both theoretical foundations and practical applications in electrochemistry.

Key words: Electrochemistry, Galvanic cells, Electrode potential, Glucometers, Metal corrosion protection
