Abstract

Abstract: This paper presents the pedagogical design and implementation process of an organic chemistry experiment focused on the extraction of caffeine from tea leaves. The study illustrates how this experiment can enhance students’ knowledge, foster innovation skills, and incorporate elements of ideological and political education.
