Abstract: Drug designology, an emerging discipline rooted in medicinal chemistry, plays a pivotal role as an interdisciplinary subject in the holistic training of pharmaceutical professionals. Given the extensive scope, wide-ranging knowledge base, complexity, and outdated case studies in the current curriculum, this paper exemplifies the Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) section to introduce an innovative pedagogical approach, with the establishment of cutting-edge case database in new drug development. This approach aims to enhance the engagement, innovation and sophistication in the teaching process of drug designology.
