Abstract: This study examines pedagogical innovations in Medical Organic Chemistry instruction for international students, with a particular focus on chirality concepts as the instructional cornerstone. By integrating value guidance and aesthetic education into the curriculum, we have developed novel teaching methodologies designed to enhance educational quality and cultivate medical professionals with global perspectives, scientific competence, and humanistic values. Our approach incorporates practical case studies, interactive learning strategies, and multicultural elements to stimulate student engagement, deepen conceptual understanding, and foster practical application skills. These initiatives simultaneously facilitate cross-cultural exchange and establish a robust foundation for students' future medical practice.
