Abstract: This study focuses on the “fundamentals of quantum mechanics” module within the Structural Chemistry curriculum to establish an integrated paradigm combining the BOPPPS (Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-assessment, Participatory Learning, Post-assessment, Summary) teaching model with IPEC (Ideological and Political Education in Courses). Utilizing the Xuexitong learning platform, we implemented a five-dimensional pedagogical framework comprising: goal orientation → cognitive diagnosis → participatory learning → quantitative feedback → value internalization. The results demonstrate that this model not only significantly enhances students' academic performance but also achieves synergistic educational outcomes in knowledge internalization, skill development, and value cultivation. The BOPPPS model provides a dual-driven “knowledge transmission-value guidance” paradigm for cognitively demanding courses, offering a transferable reform approach for the development of new science education.
