Abstract: The structure of coordination compounds is a key topic in inorganic and structural chemistry courses. This study explores the application of teaching-research integration in this module to enhance collaborative education. Incorporating recent scientific research achievements into teaching materials broadens students' knowledge and fosters their innovative thinking. Simultaneously, teaching provides theoretical foundations and talent pipelines for research. Through this bidirectional synergy, pedagogical innovation and the cultivation of innovative talents can be further advanced.
