Abstract:

In order to strengthen the integration of analytical chemistry laboratory and course ideology and politics, the laboratory teaching mode is carried out based on the connection between ideological elements and students' cognitive experience. We designed a teaching experiment to determine the content of menthol in LianhuaQingwen Capsules by gas chromatography, optimized the chromatographic conditions to suit classroom teaching mode, and explored specific experimental design ideas to make the course achieve the same frequency resonance of knowledge transfer and value guidance. The teaching practice shows that the newly-designed gas chromatography experiment has improved students' practical application ability in instrumental analysis, which has given the unique ideological and political education functions.
