Abstract: Building upon cutting-edge research topics, we developed a comprehensive structural characterization experiment entitled “Self-Assembly of Block Copolymers in Solution and Their Structural Characterization” by integrating knowledge from “Polymer Synthetic Chemistry” and “Modern Analytical Methods for Material Structure” courses. This experiment employs multiple advanced techniques to systematically characterize and analyze block copolymers at various structural levels, including their chemical composition, liquid crystalline phases, and nanoscale solution assembly structures. Through this experimental design, students not only enhance their understanding of organic chemistry and polymer science while reinforcing practical synthesis skills, but also effectively integrate various characterization methods from modern material analysis techniques, thereby strengthening their expertise in structural analysis. This research-to-classroom teaching approach stimulates students' learning interest, cultivates interdisciplinary thinking, and develops their ability to comprehensively apply knowledge to solve practical research problems, meeting the demands of modern higher education for cultivating innovative talents.
