Abstract: To address the challenges in the chemical biology curriculum system—particularly the fragmentation of interdisciplinary courses, insufficient knowledge integration, and students' limited ability to solve practical problems—our teaching team has implemented comprehensive curriculum optimization. Key initiatives include restructuring course modules to establish a spirally progressive knowledge framework, enhancing experimental training through a three-tiered (basic-comprehensive-advanced) skill development system, and refining teaching strategies to create a sustainable mechanism for innovative talent cultivation. These measures have significantly improved teaching quality while strengthening students’ innovation capacity and practical skills, offering valuable insights for developing new approaches to diversified talent cultivation.
